ARC #5 - FEAR AS MOTIVATION

In 2022 I experienced a love like nothing I have ever felt before and even though I am no longer in that relationship it taught me a lot about a lot of things.

Some of the more logical learnings included the fact that you become the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with so make sure you chose the people you put your energy into wisely, the way you start your day has a huge impact on the way your day continues so stay off social media in the morning and make sure you feed your brain and body with the right balance of sunlight, exercise, clarity, and routine, and on a more emotional level that I am someone who loves fiercely and with all that I am.

What does this have to do with being creative? Well, in processing a relationship, a break up, a new job, and in many other areas of work you might become fearful or afraid. Maybe you are worried you will always be alone, maybe you are worried people won't trust you, or maybe you are worried people won't like a pitch you are doing. Use this feeling of fear as motivation.

Fear comes into our body and mind as a form of protection, it is telling you to be careful or not do something because you may have been hurt by something similar in the past. Feel that fear, thank it for coming to protect you, and then use it to motivate yourself to continue moving forwards. Fear is only temporary but the actions you take following this feeling can move mountains.
